Sales Terms & Conditions

The Sales Terms & Conditions module allows users to define terms and conditions for sale orders and quotations. The terms can be added and configured from the Sales Configuration menu, and users can choose whether to display them in the sale order or quotation reports.

Features:
– Sales Terms and Conditions: Add and manage terms and conditions for sales orders and quotations.
– Display in Report: Option to display the terms and conditions in the sales order and quotation reports by selecting the ‘Display in Report’ checkbox.
– Sales Configuration: Manage and select terms and conditions from the Sales Configuration menu.

Navigation:
– Sales -> Configuration: Configure sales terms and conditions.
– Sales -> Quotation Form View: View and select the terms and conditions in the quotation.
– Sales -> Quotation Report: The terms and conditions will appear in the report if the ‘Display in Report’ checkbox is selected.

This module streamlines the management of sales documentation, ensuring that terms and conditions are clearly presented in all relevant sales documents.
