Purchase Quotation number

The Purchase Quotation Number app provides users with the ability to view and track orders that are currently in the request for quotation (RFQ) stage. Users can easily reference RFQ numbers, check the RFQ state, and track associated purchase orders. This functionality simplifies the process of managing RFQs, ensuring better visibility and accuracy in the procurement workflow.

Key Features:
1) Request for Quotation View:
– Users can see if an order is still in the RFQ state and hasn’t been converted to a purchase order.

2) Reference Use in RFQ:
– Users can use the reference order to search and identify the corresponding RFQ if it is still in the RFQ state.

3) Purchase Order Receipt:
– The reference RFQ number is displayed in the purchase order receipt for easy tracking.

Use Cases:
