How It Works:

1. **CRM Lead View**: After installing the app, a “Create Task” button appears on the CRM Lead screen.

2. **Task Creation Options**: When the “Create Task” button is clicked, users can select:
– **Close Lead and Create Task with History**: Archives the lead and creates a task with its email history.
– **Create Task without Email History**: Creates a task without transferring any email history.
– **Create Task with Mail Threads**: Creates a task with email history while keeping the lead open.

3. **Task View**:
– Access the created task through the smart button on the lead page.
– Navigate to the task view to see tasks created with or without history.
