Bulk validate Bills

The Bulk Validate Bills module introduces a new action, Confirm Bill, allowing users to validate multiple bills at once, streamlining the invoicing process.
Bulk Validation Action
Adds a new action, “Confirm Bill”, to validate multiple bills simultaneously from the Invoicing module.
Navigation: Invoicing → Bills → Action → Confirm Bill
Error Handling
Prevents users from validating already confirmed bills. If attempted, an error message is displayed:
*”You can validate the bills only if they are in Draft Status.”
