Multi User in Project Task

The Multi User in Project Task app allows project managers to manage user assignments more effectively by enabling multiple users to be added to individual tasks. Once the “Display Multi User” option is enabled for a user, they can assign multiple users to a single task, enhancing collaboration and task tracking. This app simplifies task management by providing a clearer overview of team assignments and ensuring tasks can be efficiently handled by multiple team members.

Key Features:
1) Users View:
– Managers can enable the “Display Multi User” option, allowing specific users to add multiple users to tasks within a project.

2) My Tasks View:
– Assigned users can select multiple individuals to be added to tasks, with the ability to view all users assigned to each task in the task list view.

Use Cases:
– Project managers can manage team assignments more efficiently, ensuring that multiple team members are involved in tasks.
– Task assignees can view all users associated with a task, making collaboration easier and more transparent.
